Franchise Area: 1 Franchise has 300.000 inhabitants (regional/ geographically requirements will be considered) with territory protection. In each Franchise area just 1 Franchise for Real Estate Agency and 1 Franchise for Property Management.

Multi Franchise Units: In general you can combine the Franchise for Real Estate Agency or Property Management with the Services Financing, Insurance and/or Valuation. In addition we offer the option to have Multi Franchise Units (Franchise for Real Estate Agency and Franchise for Property Management in the same area or in different areas) and/or larger areas with Real Estate Matching – Real Estate Matching24. Also in combination with our Company Partner Groundfloor24.
Requirements: In general is the aim to have an Office. With 1 Licence you can start without an Office and in the following time you open an Office for your Business.

Franchisee for Property Management, Mortgage Broker, Property Valuation and Insurance Broker do not have an non-exclusive Area. The reason is simple, the business (customers and properties) is not only in an specific Area. It is more useful to do business without an exclusive Franchise Area. Of course will be other same Franchise Partner not in the same Area.
